What should I do if my order shows delivered but I have not received it?
Was your package delivered to the right place?
Check that the shipping address on your order confirmation email matches the delivery address shown on the carrier’s tracking page. If there’s a mismatch, please contact our Customer Service team at qiqi518888@outlook.com for help.
If the tracking shows the correct destination:
Look around your home, with neighbors, or building management, as the package may have been received on your behalf.
If no one was home, the carrier may have left the package in a safe spot. Review the delivery notes on the carrier’s tracking page to see if they specified a location.
If you still cannot find your order, reach out directly to the carrier for assistance in locating the package.
Please note: qiqishop is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the carrier confirms delivery. If this happens, you will need to file a claim or request an investigation with the carrier.
Premature Delivery Scans
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. If this happens, we recommend waiting 1–2 business days to see if the package is delivered.
If only part of your order arrived:
Some orders are shipped in multiple boxes, each with its own tracking number. Often, customers will only receive tracking details for the first shipment, while additional boxes may arrive separately. If the remaining items do not arrive within a few days, please contact our support team at qiqi518888@outlook.com.
