Does the delivery confirmation show the correct destination?

If the tracking shows the correct destination...
Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you. If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the customer service qiqi518888@outlook.com to see if we can track the parcel.
If you received only part of your order:
Did your order contain pre-order items? Check to make sure that your order didn't include pre-order items. We normally do not ship orders until all items are in stock. In some cases, qiqishop might release in-stock items to ship early and the remaining pre-order items will ship when all pre-ordered items arrive.
Multi box shipments - Some orders will be split shipped in multiple boxes under different tracking numbers. Customers might only be notified of the first box to ships tracking number and the subsequent split shipments will arrive at different times. We recommend waiting a couple days to see if additional packages arrive. If you do not receive the additional in stock items within a few days, contact customer service at help qiqi518888@outlook.com.
