How can I update the shipping address for my order?

If you need to update the shipping address on your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible before your order is shipped. Be sure to include your order number and the complete new address.

If your first message was missing details such as your apartment number or part of the address, please resend the full information (name, street, apartment number, city, state, and zip code). For pre-ordered items, the same applies—share your order number and full updated address so we can make the changes for you. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

In cases where certain items cannot be shipped to your country or region, our team will notify you and request an alternate address within our delivery range. To avoid delays, please double-check your order confirmation to ensure your address is entered correctly during checkout.
